Welcoming Liam Boyle, Our New Sales Director

Liam BoyleWe’re excited to welcome Liam Boyle as the new Sales Director at Adams Magnetic Products. Liam brings more than 14 years of professional sales experience and a proven record of driving growth, building strong customer partnerships, and improving sales operations.

Most recently, Liam served as General Manager at Bunting Magnetics, where he oversaw the P&L for the company’s magnetic materials division. His career also includes senior sales and business development roles at Gartner for Sales Leaders, Strive Consulting, Infutor Data Solutions, and other organizations.

At Adams, Liam will lead our Inside Sales and Account Development teams, strengthening customer experience and managing key accounts. He will also work closely with Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Alice Martin, and Sales Operations Manager, Pat Hanna, to align sales execution with Adams’ long-term growth strategy.

Liam earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northeastern Illinois University in 2011. He spent his early years in Ireland before settling in the Chicagoland area, where he has lived ever since. Outside of work, Liam enjoys traveling with his wife, Carly, and daughter, Harper. He’s also an avid outdoors enthusiast with a passion for running, cycling, and kayaking.

Alice Martin is the VP of Sales and Marketing at Adams Magnetic Products, where she has led strategic planning, brand development, and sales growth through marketing efforts for over 20 years. She also serves as the General Manager for Adams' subsidiary, Dowling Magnets, where she oversees the development and implementation of annual business plans, negotiates contracts with channel partners, and contributes to product design and development. She has successfully developed and evaluated retail product ideas in addition to researching market feasibility. In addition to her marketing expertise, she also has a strong background in business administration and new business development.
