Adams Magnetic Products is pleased to announce the promotion of Jacki Raymondo-Petca to Sales Operations Coordinator.
Jacki joined the company in September 2024 as Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. While working in the warehouse, she supported several departments and took on a number of additional projects across the business. That habit of pitching in traces back to a quote she lives by: “The more you help other people become successful, the more success finds you.” It also gave her a practical, first-hand view of how an order moves from quote to shipment, which is exactly the perspective her new role calls for.
She also brings industry experience with her. Jacki spent about three years at Dexter Magnetic Technologies in warehouse and quality control roles, building early familiarity with permanent magnets and the quality expectations that come with them. Before that, she worked for several years as a project manager with IDP Construction, coordinating schedules, materials, and people against firm deadlines.
Jacki holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from DeVry University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in two years. She was also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and Delta Mu Delta, the international business honor society.
