It’s Adams Magnetic’s 75th year in business and we wouldn’t be here without the dedication of our long-time employees. Employees like Kevin Ulasovich ensure that we have always and continue to offer the highest quality products and industry-leading service year after 75 years!
Kevin joined the Adams Family in 2005, as a Warehouse Associate. Over the last 20 years, he has demonstrated a commitment to both the quality of his work and the people around him. This commitment has led to a series of improvements across the company and several promotions for Kevin. From Warehouse Associate, Kevin rose to Machine Operator, then to Production Planner, and on to Production Supervisor. This year, Kevin was promoted to his current role as Production Manager.
Kevin is proud of his advancements and of the contributions he’s made to the team, including helping the company meet key performance indicators like 99% on-time shipments. He attributes his success to the mentorship and opportunities provided by his managers.
Says Kevin, “Adams has changed a lot since I started. Over the years, the team has worked hard to create and implement world-class production and warehouse systems and processes, and it shows in our customer satisfaction numbers. It’s an ongoing team effort, and I truly enjoy the day-to-day interactions I have with my employees and co-workers.”
