Ellmhurst, IL (October 2023) — In accordance with its long-standing tradition of hiring the best and brightest talent in the magnet industry, Adams Magnetic Products, LLC. is pleased to announce the addition of Applications Engineer Tim Schnittker to its team of skilled magnet experts.
Schnittker brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and product development, including positions with ER Wagner, G&W Electric, and Dexter Magnetic Technologies, to the Adams team. As Adam’s Applications Engineer, he is responsible for developing comprehensive and effective manufacturing plans for a wide range of magnet projects and customers. Schnittker, who accepted the role in August of this year, will report to Adams Director of Technology, Mike Devine.

Schnittker’s extensive expertise includes providing development, design, and validation input for manufacturing and assembly operations utilizing APQP, DFMEA, and PFMEA methodologies; identifying and implementing engineering process improvement opportunities; supply chain and operations management, and more.
An avid cyclist, Schnittker spends his free time racing criteriums and taking joy rides with his 16-year-old daughter. Schnittker holds a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Eastern Illinois University.
