Elmhurst, IL (January 2024) — Adams Magnetic Products, LLC, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of John Kroll as Director of Business Development. Reporting directly to Adams’ President John Maisch, Kroll will be integral to improving the company’s market position and supporting financial growth.
Kroll’s deep business development experience in the industrial market includes executive roles with Portescap, RIE Coatings, LLC, Windings, Inc, Midwest Rubber Service & Supply Company, and Determan Brownie. At Adams, he will collaborate with senior management in defining the company’s long-term strategic goals and developing market strategies and growth initiatives designed to penetrate top industry players within key markets. With a keen ability to understand technical information and communicate it in business terms, Kroll will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify key messages and introduce new products to the marketplace.
“John has extensive experience and a proven track record of success identifying key target markets and developing/expanding business within them,” says Maisch. “I am confident in his ability to grow Adams’ market share and profitability and look forward to working together.”
Kroll holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed Purdue’s University of Innovative Distribution program.
