Adams Welcomes Mark Simchak as Strategic Account Manager
(Elmhurst, IL – May 2026) – We’re excited to announce that Mark Simchak has officially joined the Adams Magnetic Products sales team as a Strategic Account Manager.
Mark’s professional background spans more than 25 years, with a strong focus on sales and territory management. Over the course of his career, he has worked with well-known organizations, including Learning Resources, hand2mind, and most recently, Dowling Magnets. During his seven years on the sales team at Dowling Magnets, Mark built a solid foundation in the magnetic products space, particularly within educational applications. Now, as he transitions to Adams Magnetic Products, he’s eager to expand that knowledge even further.
“What I’m most looking forward to is the opportunity to keep learning,” Mark shared. “I’m excited to see how magnets are applied in the real world beyond the classroom setting.”
Although he’s only been with Adams for about a month, Mark has already felt the impact of the team around him. “Everyone has been incredibly helpful in my training and getting me up to speed with Adams’ processes and procedures,” he noted. “It’s been a great experience so far.”
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, son, daughter, and one-year-old grandson. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him fishing or working in the garden.

She also serves as the General Manager for Adams' subsidiary, Dowling Magnets, where she oversees the development and implementation of annual business plans, negotiates contracts with channel partners, and contributes to product design and development. She has successfully developed and evaluated retail product ideas in addition to researching market feasibility.
