Welcoming Peter Artuso, Our New Business Development Manager

Peter Artuso, Adams Magnetic ProductsWe’re excited to welcome Peter Artuso to the Adams Magnetic Products team as Business Development Manager, beginning September 29.

Peter brings a decade of industry experience and specific expertise in leveraging application engineering resources, as well as presenting both technical and commercial solutions to a wide range of customers. In this role, he will execute Adams’ growth strategy by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities in new markets.

“Peter’s background speaks for itself,” said John Kroll, Director of Business Development. “He comes highly recommended, with experience understanding and presenting complex assembly technologies. I’m confident that he will exceed our growth expectations.”

Prior to joining Adams, Peter held positions including District Sales Manager at Hayward Holdings, Senior Sales Engineer for Emerson Automation Solutions, and Application Engineer at Elliott Group. His technical background and customer-first approach make him a strong fit for Adams’ growing Business Development team.

“I’m impressed with Adams’ custom-engineered magnetic assemblies and look forward to sharing them with an even broader range of industries and customers,” said Artuso.

Peter holds an MS in Product Development and a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry, all from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He currently resides in Skokie, Illinois, with his wife, Paige.

Alice Martin is the VP of Sales and Marketing at Adams Magnetic Products, where she has led strategic planning, brand development, and sales growth through marketing efforts for over 20 years. She also serves as the General Manager for Adams' subsidiary, Dowling Magnets, where she oversees the development and implementation of annual business plans, negotiates contracts with channel partners, and contributes to product design and development. She has successfully developed and evaluated retail product ideas in addition to researching market feasibility. In addition to her marketing expertise, she also has a strong background in business administration and new business development.
