Adams Magnetic Products is growing — and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Development Representative (ADR) to support our next phase of sales growth.

What You’ll Do
As an ADR, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.
You will:
- Proactively engage inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities and coordinate meetings with Sales, Management, and Engineering
- Support the Business Development team with quoting, documentation, and sales follow-up
- Nurture small-to-mid-sized customer accounts and follow up on marketing-generated leads
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot & Epicor experience is a plus)
- Contribute to sales forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate strategic growth opportunities to sales leadership

- Revenue growth from assigned accounts
- Qualified opportunities generated from marketing leads
- Quote-to-order conversion rate
- Customer retention and win rates
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (B2B or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and customer-first attitude
Compensation
$50,000–$70,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Compensation consists of a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation tied to revenue growth, opportunity creation, and account development results.
