Shining Our 75th Anniversary Spotlight on… Jerry Watkins!

Jerry Watkins

Happy Birthday to… us! 2025 marks Adams’ 75th anniversary and we’re celebrating all year long, in so many ways. Since we wouldn’t be the industry leader we are without the dedication and commitment of our employees, we’re sharing the inspiring stories of some of our long-term team members, like Jerry Watkins!

Jerry was sent to Adams by a local temp agency in 2014. He clicked immediately with his team, impressed his supervisor, and worked his way up from a part-time temp, working on a punch press, to a full-time employee. Today Jerry is an integral part of our flexible fabrication team.

Says Jerry’s supervisor, Kevin Ulasovich, “Jerry’s work ethic and commitment exemplify Adams’ core values.  His versatility provides options for the production scheduling team, allowing us to stay on track and on schedule.”

Jerry attributes his success at Adams to his diligence and dedication. He believes in being on time and ready to work each and every day and always being available to support his teammates, saying, “This started off as just a job but now it feels like I’m a part of a true family. This team has really come together over the last several years!”

And, like most families, one of Jerry’s favorite times of year is the Adams’ annual Christmas party. He looks forward to celebrating with teammates, delicious holiday treats, and Customer Service Rep Don Aleo’s singing every year.

By keeping his word, being readily available when needed, and continually holding himself to Adams’ high standards as well as his own, Jerry truly exemplifies the Adams’ core value of integrity. We’re grateful for his contributions and look forward to working together for years to come.
