Shining Our 75th Anniversary Spotlight on… Sarah Hasman!

It’s our 75th year in business, and we couldn’t have grown and flourished the way we have without the significant contributions of our long-term employees, including Supply Chain Planner Sarah Hasman!

Sarah HasmanSarah joined the Adams Family as a Production Coordinator and Sales Team Assistant in 2004, after a friend and Adams employee recommended the company. One of her first-ever jobs, Sarah was embraced by her team and made to feel like one of the family from the start.

After several years on the Production team, during which Sarah’s excellent communication skills and extreme attention to detail earned her Employee of the Year, Sarah accepted a promotion to her current role as Supply Chain Planner. Her deep sense of commitment to our suppliers and customers, as well as to her teammates, is the perfect example of the Adams core value of Responsibility.

“I’ve seen a lot of changes during my time at Adams, including the addition of a team of expert engineers, upgraded equipment for the Production and Quality Control departments, and the growth of our complex assemblies business,” says Sarah. “But no matter how we grow and change, paying attention to every last detail is what keeps our customers coming back, project after project.”

Sarah’s supervisor, Kevin Buckman, agrees. “Sarah’s unwavering diligence as our Supply Chain Planner ensures that we have what our customers need when they need it, which is one of the reasons Adams leads the industry in magnets and magnetic assemblies.”

Case in point, one of Sarah’s favorite work memories is visiting a customer to see exactly how they were using our magnets in one of their medical applications. We appreciate Sarah’s dedication to excellence and look forward to the next 20 years together!
