Congratulations to Pat Hanna, Our New Sales Operations Manager

Pat HannaWe’re proud to announce that Pat Hanna has been promoted to Sales Operations Manager at Adams Magnetic Products. Pat previously served as Regional Sales Manager, where he built strong customer relationships, grew accounts, and partnered closely with our internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In his new role, Pat will focus on strengthening Adams’ sales processes, tools, and reporting to create a more seamless experience for both our teams and our customers. His responsibilities include improving sales forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring CRM accuracy, supporting onboarding and enablement for sales roles, and coordinating across operations, finance, IT, and marketing.

Pat will work closely with Alice Martin, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Liam Boyle, Sales Director, to align sales execution with Adams’ long-term growth strategy and ensure that teams have the visibility and tools they need to succeed.

Alice Martin is the VP of Sales and Marketing at Adams Magnetic Products, where she has led strategic planning, brand development, and sales growth through marketing efforts for over 20 years. She also serves as the General Manager for Adams' subsidiary, Dowling Magnets, where she oversees the development and implementation of annual business plans, negotiates contracts with channel partners, and contributes to product design and development. She has successfully developed and evaluated retail product ideas in addition to researching market feasibility. In addition to her marketing expertise, she also has a strong background in business administration and new business development.
