We accept payment via PayPal.
We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
Since the South Dakota v. Wayfair decision by the US Supreme Court, we are required to collect sales tax in most states.
We try to ship orders within 24 hours of payment, so if you change your mind, please contact us ASAP and we will attempt to stop processing. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it and it will be subject to our return policy.
Please be sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address. Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any return shipping charges. Shipping fees incurred by Adams Magnetic Products may be greater than the rate charged and are not refundable. If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as charges for returned items is not refunded by the carrier. Any shipments refused by addressee are also subject to shipping charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees.
International and U.S. Territory Shipping: We do not ship outside of the continental U.S.
Changed your mind? If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees.
- All returns require preauthorization (RMA). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number and instructions before returning any products.
- There is a $10 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, for all returned items.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or incorrect orders.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- All magnet products must be shipped in a box to comply with USPS and UPS regulations. Returns in an envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted.
- Return refund processing can take 3-4 weeks from receipt of the return, as all products are individually inspected for damage or use. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase.
If your order arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipment
All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that all ordered items are included and correct. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must notify us within two days of receiving your shipment. Due to the small size of some of our magnets they are sometimes overlooked in the packing materials. Please double check the contents of your box, including all the packing materials before initiating a claim. Adams Magnetic Products, at its sole discretion, can choose to refund or replace the item(s) in question.
We warrant our products to be free of manufacturers defects. Our only obligation is to replace products proven to be defective. All other warranties, express or implied are disclaimed.
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. Acceptance of any order is conditioned on the buyer’s acceptance of these terms. We shall not be liable, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, for consequential, special or incidental damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of the purchase price. The buyer’s limited right to replacement is the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Adams Magnetic Products reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address and physical address when you place an order at our store.
We are committed to keeping your data secure. We work hard to make sure our systems are up to date and secure, preventing anyone else from getting your information. We also store your data carefully to ensure that your data is protected as much as possible in the event of such a breech.
We do not share your information with third parties except when payment is rendered, your information is shared with the payment provider, PayPal.
We do retain your personal data for a period of time to meet accounting, legal and other requirements.
We do send emails to confirm orders placed on our website. You may also receive email notification from third-party shippers like UPS.
